Mastering Recovery is a unique program for people in long-term recovery with two or more years sobriety.
The program helps reduce anxiety from a fear of cravings and relapse so they can build an all-encompassing lifestyle of recovery as well as a sense of purpose and direction.
Mastery is not about becoming perfect at recovery nor is it moving beyond it to something different.
It is about continuing the discipline, joy, and regular practice of the things that make life meaningful.
The three phases of Mastering Recovery:
Foundation
Building

Note: The ideas of mastery and mastering recovery are for developing long-term sobriety. It is difficult to do this with less than two-years recovery. Substance use disorders have many impacts on people’s live- biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. It is best to work on these issues during the first two years and get a solid base of sobriety to build on.
